Automatic Subtitle Download Not Working

Hi everyone!

I recently downloaded the Emby app and I'm having trouble with the automatic subtitle download feature. When I try to download subtitles, it shows that the download is in progress, but after about 3 minutes, it finishes and nothing is actually downloaded.

I've tried everything I could think of to fix this. I also searched for similar issues but couldn’t find anything that matches my problem.

I wasn’t sure if this is the right place to create this topic, but since the subtitles I’m trying to download are in Portuguese (pt-BR) I decided to post here.

I’ve attached the log from the app to help identify the issue. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! The only thing I did was choose the language and add my Opensubtitles.com account. I kept the rest pretty much as it was.
