EMBY Premiere NOT WORKING

Hi, I just purchased the subscription using my email gehao818@gmail.com, and I put it into my server EMBY premiere section. But when I opened my iOS app and windows app, it always shows blue circle and never stop. When I clicked on videos, it still asked me to purchase.

Hi.  Please try using a browser on the machine where the server is installed to enter and validate the key.
