Emby not seeing episodes

G'day all, 

 

Emby has recently started not seeing newly added episodes. A recently added show emby would not recognise any episodes, although saw the show and season containers.

I recently refreshed the metadata for a show(Pokemon) and now emby will not see any episodes for this show. I have not made any changes recently so I'm unsure what has happened. 

Any guidance would be appreciated.

So are you saying if you enter the season folders they are empty?  As all your images show is a Played Show/Series with no unwatched episodes.
