Emby.Plugins.Anime Revert override `use language from library setting`

Hi, 

A while ago I noticed this commit use language from library settings by Luke. I understand this is purely my personal preference, but I feel like I might not be alone on this, especially since this is a plugin specific to anime metadata. One of the features I really liked about this plugin was the ability to pick romaji for the titles of the series while keeping the rest of the metadata in English. Unfortunately, this feature was removed and it is now using the server global settings instead. I would understand this being the default setting, however, I don't think removing the feature is necessary. 

I don't know a lot about developing plugins specifically for Emby but I was thinking about forking the existing plugin and reverting the change, that means I will have to manually keep an eye on the repo to review and pull new updates. My question is, are there any restrictions or downsides with this approach? Or can I try to implement the feature and send a PR to the official repo?

HI, I think this is the right out of box behavior, but the plugin could have an option to force the use of romaji.

I've pushed an update to the Emby anime plugin. It has an option on the plugin config screen that will allow you to force the usage of Romaji. Thanks.
