Emby Xbox update

Hey, I’ve been using emby on the Xbox for the past year without any problems really, but since it updated it’s refused to work so I downloaded ember, but that’s refusing to let me sign in, I’ve done the usual reset password etc, but nothings working, can anyone please help?

The problem is that I’m too sure what else to try as a resolution to solve with the Ember app, I’ve reset all my login in details but it doesn’t recognise my login details. Ever since emby updated on the Xbox the kids haven’t been able to watch anything as the picture runs behind the sound, as if it is buffering but it’s not it’s a glitch, it also presents a green screen sometimes and will skip out half way through episodes. It was perfect on the Xbox this time last week.
