mrkaffeine91 0 Posted December 24, 2024 Posted December 24, 2024 Hi, I am running Emby Server on my LAN, and the machine is connected to a VPN. WAN -> Router -> PC -> VPN -> Emby Server I am able to open multiple TCP/IP ports (forwarding) on the VPN, however I am confused how to set up the Local/Remote HTTP/s ports. Assuming my device connects on the same subnet as my router, even though the server is behind a VPN via HTTP: Would I only need to change the Public http port number to the one provided by VPN provider? and on device connect to: http://123.456.78.9:PORT-FORWARDED? I have been looking at a few topics in this forum but they do not seem straightforward to understand. Thanks in advance!
