subtitles wont auto download

first of all i followed the steps in knowledge base https://emby.media/support/articles/Automatic-Subtitle-Downloads.html?q=subtitle

 

i did everything there i tried even disabling the hash check and i tried it didnt work how i tested it that i went to scheduled tasks and i ran the Download subtitles and then i went to a random episode and ran it and no subtitles were shown so i dont know what do do i have open subtitles and addic7ed and i doublechecked the login and password for them

+i tried restarting the server removing the plugins and adding them nothing is working

Try disabling "Forced subtitles only".

do you have any idea if i can make it download 2 subtitles for each episode in case 1 of them is our of sync

No you'll have to check that yourself and manually download a different version using the search for subtitles option on each episode.

You can also check the box to require a hash match, but obviously that's a trade-off and will result in fewer successful downloads.
