updatefreak 11 Posted December 24, 2024 Posted December 24, 2024 Hi, is it possible to hide the item "Metadata-Manager" from the list of my media (see attached screenshot)? I have added video tutorials from LinkedIn and video lectures from university in the libary "homevideos and pictures"? (see attached screenshot) Is it possible to change the pictures-Icon to Icon for videos or a neutral folder icon -> because I did not have any picture in that librarys
Neminem 1519 Posted December 24, 2024 Posted December 24, 2024 1) It look like your user it a admin. Try with a user that's not an admin. 2) I don't know, but I guess not. 1

Have a look through this topic can be tricky now that navdrawer can be docked also. But css code may have slightly changed over time and need adjusting on new html code. 1
updatefreak 11 Posted December 24, 2024 Author Posted December 24, 2024 ok thanks for reply. For a normal user it was hidden -> so is it recommended to have an admin account just for admin stuff and normal users which should be used for watching?

To a point yes as you normally will not apply any restriction to an Admin account.
updatefreak 11 Posted December 25, 2024 Author Posted December 25, 2024 yes, indeed. No restriction to an admin makes sense. But an option to hide it I think makes also sense Maybe this could be added in the future 1
