Function to regenerate thumb image only

When video files are matched to a movie / tv episode incorrectly, the info is wrong. After "remove identification", the wrong info can be removed as well as the wrong picture, leaving an empty icon. When trying to refresh metadata for regenerating thumb image, the wrong info maybe loaded again. Currently, have to disable internet before "refresh metadata" and have to edit some due to file naming problem.

Please consider to separate the function for regenerating thumb image out.

Identify function won't rebuild thumb directly. It found nothing -- that's correct because those files are not public released.
