Hello.  I have multiple servers on my Connect account.  When I open the Emby app on my Nvidia Shield, I can't switch servers.  It only shows the IPGX.  Any ideas?  Thanks

Sorry, I'm new to this.  I downloaded the Emby app from the Playstore and linked it to my Emby account on my PC.  How do I login to Connect on the Shield?  Thank you.

It turns out that I am.  If I click on my account email on the Shield it prompts me to "Sign Out of Connect".

Okay, so my best guess is that you connected to the other server directly using its address so that client has stored it for you.  It isn't linked to your Emby Connect account.

Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

That confirms my suspicion.  That other server is not linked to your Connect account.  It was manually connected to from the other device.

@RondaGfor the Emby Server that you're trying to connect to, you'll need to contact the admin of that server for instructions on how to connect. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.

You should delete the pictures, especially of the one that is external from your home network as you've given away the ip address for the server. Which is not a smart thing to do at all.
