I tested the latest version 4.9.2.6, and the out-of-order issue has been resolved. However, there’s a new problem: videos with different file extensions cannot be stacked together. For example, files like x-cd1.mp4 and x-cd2.avi in the same folder fail to stack as a single movie.

That’s not new. Having the same extension has always been a requirement.
