Problem playing transcoded videos.

A friend of mine has problems playing certain videos that require transcoding on hes Samsung TV.

I suspect it's when the video have "strange"  audio numbers like fx. "8" channel instead of "7.1" but i can't be sure.

Speed should not be an issue as transcoding works fine for other apps.

Both streams in the video have "strange" channels numbers, the 5.1 is AC3 6 channel and the 7.1 is TrueHD 8 channel. Both streams do it.
I have a none remux file of the same movie and that plays fine.

Hes playing an video with EAC3 5.1 no problems at the moment.

Yeah sorry the title is a little misleading and i forgot to add everything about this, have had the worst hangovers so my head hasn't worked that well today.
Plus somethings are a bit of a haze, the party got pretty high at one point.

The movie doesn't play even when direct and no transcoding so i enabled transcoding for it by lowering the quality setting to see if that would work.
Without any transcoding the server didn't even give a log about me having tried to play the file at all, with transcoding i at least got a log that i could show here.

Reason for the high bitrate is that i normally use that video for testing, i normally only have very few files with that high bitrate on my server.
The server usually have no problems with files like it, even multiples of them. I have tested with the same file other places and even on my phone via cellular connection and there are no problems.

My friends connection should also be able to handle the file no problem, i believe he has a 300/300 line.

I have no limit set on my server, people can stream at what ever bitrate they want.
I don't have that many users and a 1Gpbs fiber connection so that shouldn't be a problem either.

Other files works fine for him, so far only files with strange channel numbers have been a problem but i'm unsure that it's the problem.
