ctrlaltdefeat 8 Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 I set the server up to download English and Dutch. For every subtitles it searches it fails and gives this error: Subtitle with Id 1954115447 was not found. Name: SubtitleDownload method response. Status: SubtitleDownload method response hold all expected values from server.. Message: 407 Download limit reached MediaBrowser.Common.Extensions.ResourceNotFoundException at MediaBrowser.Providers.Subtitles.OpenSubtitleDownloader.d__3.MoveNext() --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task) at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at MediaBrowser.Providers.Subtitles.SubtitleManager.d__18.MoveNext() How can I make the subtitle downloader work because there are a lot of subtitles I still miss.
Luke 42079 Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 open subtitles has a limit and you can only download a certain amount per day. just be patient and the scheduled task will gradually add new ones each day.
ctrlaltdefeat 8 Posted August 31, 2014 Author Posted August 31, 2014 Is there a way to add them myself? from other subtitle sites for example?
Luke 42079 Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 of course. see the library wiki on how to name them.
Spaceboy 2573 Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 But I wouldn't bother with donating to opensubtitles to try and increase your limit. MBS still provides a hard stop Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
AndyWNY 0 Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 I am getting an error for opensubtitles that is does not like the userAgent used. According to their site you would need to request a developer useragent. http://trac.opensubtitles.org/projects/opensubtitles/wiki/DevReadFirst http://trac.opensubtitles.org/projects/opensubtitles/wiki/XMLRPC Anyone else having this issue?

hooner 0 Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 (edited) Hi there, Is there an error with opensubtitles at the moment? I am logged in via the settings page if MB server, but when i search for subtitles I get "No search results founds". Was fine for me last week. I acknowledge the messges above, however I have downloaded no subtitles recently, so no limit has been reached. Edited November 20, 2014 by hooner
