Recently downloaded Emby Android from web page stuck on splash screen

Hi all;

I've downloaded this same app file to multiple devices. The last working ver 3.4.28 but when I download it to my "Nvidia Shield Pro" and install it freezes on the splash screen. I never

see the connecting circle. I've tried to deinstall/reinstall clear cache, delete, and reinstall again and it freezes every time. It never gives any prompts for login. I can download 3.4.20 from 

the Google Play Store and that seems to work fine on the pro. I installed 3.4.28 on my older Nvidia Shield and that works fine. It just will not run on my Pro unit. Any suggestions? This is

perplexing and it makes no sense.

I just tried to update my phone which had 3.4.16 on it. My phone is a Galaxy Note S24 and I downloaded app and installed. It does the same 

thing just freezes on startup at the splash screen. I am starting to wonder if that is a good file on the emby website for android download app.

Where can I find 3.4.29? Google playstore has 3.4.20 and

The one there right now is what I tried and is freezing up. Is this 3.4.29?

Is it possible it was a bad file loaded to web site if so?

The version I am trying to install is arm64

Ok looking at my installed apk's it is 3.4.29 that installed but it will not run. this is the version that just stays on splash screen
