Cannot get back into my account on Smart TV

Emby decided to log me out about a month or so ago and now it’s impossible to get back in with my login details. I have tried ‘reset password’ and using the same login details as the ones I signed into this account for but no luck! Anyone heard of this issue before or am I just utterly incapable of dealing with simple technical stuff?
