Ice 23 Posted December 19, 2024 Posted December 19, 2024 I can't seem to be able to access the playback setting tab. I click on it but nothing happens, all other tabs work okay. 1
FrostByte 5392 Posted December 19, 2024 Posted December 19, 2024 Same here on my 2018. Also, once in some of the settings I can't seem to get back out without clicking Back several times.

kukiemby 0 Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 Hi There, I'm Getting a lot of troubles installing Emby Media Server on a new Samsung TV. Samsung 55” Class S95D Series / Model: QN55S95DAFXZA First of all, I can't find the Emby App on the Samsung App Store for the TV. Then I follow the instructions to install this software using a USB, but nothing seems to happen in the process. I Fallow these instructions: Installation instructions Download this zip file: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.Releases/raw/master/tizen/tizen.zip Format a USB 2.0 stick using FAT16 (some larger USB 3.0 hard drives have been found to not work) (newer models may support other formats, check your users manual) Copy the tizen.zip file to the root of your USB stick Extract the contents of the tizen.zip file to the root. (This should create the folder 'userwidget' in the root of the USB stick and the folder should contain the two files needed) Turn on the TV Make sure your TV is connected to the Internet Plug the USB stick into the TV's USB port. Installation should start automatically. (There will be 3 quick messages in the upper right corner of the TV) Click 'OK' once the installation is complete. Optional, add the Emby app as a shortcut to Home Start the app from the Smart Hub or installed apps section of your TV. Also, I did not know where the correct link is for the last available Emby App version for a Samsung TV (1.9.5 (12/19/2024) Thanks for your help.

The link to the latest version is in the first line of instructions you just posted. You need to redownload from that link every time there is a new version. Also, remove the old version before inserting your usb (must be done from APP settings). If there is already a version installed the install won't start when inserting your usb.
