404 on Emby Theater for Windows Download

I couldn't find any recent topics or posts about this, but it appears the current download link for Emby Theater for Windows Desktop is not available, getting a 404 page. Was this pulled because of the imminent release of the new Windows app and now have to use the Windows Store version instead or just a mistake?
