watched status not synchronized

hi, i have the following problem. the seen status is not synchronized to the emby server. I use emby for kodi on a nvidia shield, the emby server runs on a synology nas. The checkmark for seen is set in kodi, but not synchronized to the server. On the server I can see under activities that a movie has been started and stopped. can anyone help, I don't know where to start

The log file looks absolutely flawless.

Do you use the same (Emby) account on Kodi as you are checking the progress via (I assume) Emby's Webui?
