Playback stops randomly with "No playable items"

Hello, I've had this problem for a long time - no idea when it started. The problem occurs with the Android TV App, I never had any issues watching from my PC/Browser (Brave/Chrome/Firefox).

Playback randomly stops with the message "No playable items", and kicks me back to the movie/episode screen. I'm also able to immediately start playback again, but it's still annoying.

I created a log from within the app 23 minutes ago (13:10 UTC-5). The user logged in is named Jenna.

The file I play  doesn't matter; this seems to happen on any file I have in my library.

 

I cannot see any error/exceptions on emby server, including the debug log. For completeness sake I attached it though. The error happened around 19:10 my time.

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

This app seems to work better, I didn't have the error yet. But it lacks the startup option that enables me to show the login screen on startup; it automatically uses the last user that was logged in, which is bad as it's a shared device I'm using.

Am I blind or is this not supported in this app?

Hi, did you try unchecking remember me during the sign in process?
