Scrolling to working on some views in MacOS app

Hey,

I suddenly noticed, that on MacOS app, scrolling with external mouse wheel does not seem to work on album view.
Same thing is with Photos, in Photos view scroll wheel does absolutely nothing.
At the same time scrolling works fine with trackpad, but not with mouse.

On all other libraries it seems to be fine, like Movies under Movies, Shows under TV Shows, etc...

Also noticed, it does not seem to work on Emby Home screen.

As a sidenote, it appears and disappears intermittently.
Couple of times it may scroll fine, then close and reopen and it no longer does.
