Have a weird issue with server wanting to reboot

Hello i have a bug in my server or something is going on with it. Apparently emby wants to reboot now when the pl;ugins are auto updated? Because my server always says ''Please restart the server to finish applying updates.'' And this has never been the case before, when the plugin's update themselves they just update and that is it never have they said Please restart the server to finish applying updates. when i didn't install or uninstall a plugin manually..

So what is it that might be causing this issue? i mean i restart and a few hours or days later it shows back up because another coupld plugin's have been updated..

Hi, it just means a plugin update has been downloaded and that the server needs to be restarted in order to apply it.
