Can not delete an existing user.

I'm getting this error when I try to delete an existing user on my server. Does anyone know why?

Hi, Luke. 
I did a fresh (new) install of Emby server without taking a backup file using the plugin.
In my opinion something was wrong with the backup. I had another issues with the server, so I decided to do all the things manually.
