Watch status not syncing

Hello,

This seems to be true across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and TVOS in my testing. When I open the app, it does not sync watch status. So if I watched an episode on another platform, in order to get them synced, I have to force close them and re-open them.

As an example: I wanted episode 1 of a show on TV. I open the iPad app, it shows I haven't watched anything. I force close it, and re-open it, now it shows I've watched episode 1. Then I go to watch episode 2 on the iPad. When I go back to the TV, it only shows episode 1 as watched, so I once again have to force close it, and re-open it, to get it to sync. If I go to my iPhone at this point, it will still think I haven't watched any episodes.

Disregard,

I added a PIN to my account and it started working. Even once I deleted the PIN, it continued to work. I have absolutely no idea what the correlation/causation is there, or if there is one, or if it was totally unrelated, but at least for now it seems to be working again.

Works for the Apple Watch as well.
