No compatible streams on certain devices

I have just formatted my Nvidia Shield Pro 9.1.1 and installed the latest Emby server 4.8.10.0 and some devices can not play any files on the server.

I can play videos on an iPhone and Android device however i cannot play anything on my LG and Samsung TV.

thanks for your reply Luke, tried it but didn't work. The LG tv displays the usual no compatible streams message but on the Samsung tv i get the following error.

OK, when you installed Emby Server, what apk did you download? Try downloading and installing it again on top of itself. Please see if that helps. Thanks.
