moviesandtv56 8 Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 I’m in a infinite loop of user login and password to get apps working on phones. I’ve set up an account using an email and password, set up an account on the server, I put in the email to link the account, it give me an error. No longer can login to the new email account on emby. I put in the email to reset the password and it doesn’t send the password reset email. I try to create an account with email address and it says the account exists but won’t let me create the account so it's in there. I’ve had this issue several times before and got frustrated and gave up. Can you guys get this fixed please? Would like to use emby on apps on phones and it's difficult without the logins working. Thanks.
ebr 16184 Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 Hi. I believe email support already addressed this with you and it is due to your server being blocked from outside access, correct?
