How to Install from Pendrive

Quando conecto o pendrive na TV ele fala para procurar arquivos nele, não inicia a instalação, e cria dentro dele 2 arquivos com log, e não deixa instalar, já tentei 2 pendrive e não vai, a sua iniciou automaticamente ou fez alguma coisa?

When I connect the USB drive to the TV, it asks to search for files on it, doesn't start the installation, and creates 2 log files inside it. It doesn't let me install. I've tried 2 USB drives and it doesn't work. Did yours start automatically or did you have to do something?
