I reset my network and Emby server wont load anymore

I was having issues with my PCs seeing each other so I decided to go in settings and reset the network on all of them now the one that hosts my Emby server when it load Emby its black with nothing other than the Emby logo in the middle

I guess its taking a long time to reset as I can watch a movie from the Emby app on my phone and everything looks correct there, the server itself after a few refresh now showing some of the movies but shows an error when you click on them but I can watch the same movie that shows error on the server on the app on my phone. Have to head to work will look at it this evening hopefully everything is back to normal by then.

It was saying there was an error loading but everything good now apparently when I reset my PC network in setting it said network will reset and restart in 5 mins and after the PC restarted Emby was somehow blocked and it took a while then some of the movies started to show up and when I came back from work everything was back to normal.
