CharlieFletcher 2 Posted December 9, 2024 Posted December 9, 2024 I host home movies on my Synology NAS. With the upgrade to 7.2.2, I will need to convert to either jellyfin or Emby in order to continue to view them. I have run into a problem that is probably my on making but am unsure how to resolve. The movies are grouped into folders. Those folders (and movies) that have the words Christmas or Halloween in the title, now have a Hollywood movie trailer associated it. The raw date appears to be ok on the Server. How do I fix this?
Carlo 4560 Posted December 10, 2024 Posted December 10, 2024 Hi @CharlieFletcher Are these actual movies or home videos? Can you post a couple pictures to show us what you see and what the folder structure looks like? Carlo
CharlieFletcher 2 Posted December 10, 2024 Author Posted December 10, 2024 Carlo - I appreciate your response. These are all home movies. I have been able to resolve the problem. When setting up the Library, I probably indicated that they were 'Movies' as opposed to "home movies'. I deleted the originally Library and re-installed them as "home movies" and things appear to be correct. Again, thank you for your response. 2
Carlo 4560 Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 Glad you got it figured out and working. Carlo
