How to confirm server security

In an effort to access my media outside of my home, I made some changes to my setup to allow for outside access. Honestly, I don't remember everything I did at this point. But I've decided I only want my media available to me while on my local network. 

What settings should I check to make sure that my media is not available to anyone but me on my home network?

Settings>Network tab>untick "Allow remote access".

So I've already done that. But I wasn't sure if there were other ports I should make sure are closed, or issues like that?

Depending on if you used port mapper to open ports or manually opened ports on your router.  But disabling remote access should be all you need.

Note just disabling remote access and ports still open Emby will return FORBIDDEN.
