Auto Organize failing miserably

I have been using Tiny Media Manager for years to relocate and organize my video library.  It identifies all my TV shows flawlessly but I have to manually run it all the time.  I was hoping Auto Organize could take this up but it continues to "skip" files that should be obviously identified.

For example

Hells Kitchen US S23E10 A Sticky Situation 720p.mkv

Should go into my 

Hell's Kitchen (US) (2005)

folder.  It is skipped instead

Also true for

georgie.and.mandys.first.marriage.s01e06.1080p.mkv

It just doesn't recognize these raw filenames/patterns.

Is there any way to improve on this or should I continue to use TMM?
