Movie listed twice in the library

Hi,

currently I have the problem that a movie is listed twice in the library.
Steps how to reproduce it.

1.) Copy a file to movie folder -> volume1/movies/movie XY
=> then Emby got the info to this movie XY and it's also synchronised to Kodi

2.) Then I deleted the folder movie XY on the file path 

3.) After that the movie was copied again to volume1/movies/movie XY
=> in Emby the movie mentioned only once, but on Kodi I have now two items in the movie list for the same movie. (one time with icons etc. and one time without icons etc.)

Is Kodi companion installed?

No, it's not installed. Is it necessary?

Yes, it keeps track of deleted content (when Kodi is offline while you removed content).
