No Compatible Streams are currently available

Hello!
I've been constantly getting this error message on a single device in the family. For everyone else, its been working perfectly fine.
The said device is a 2015 Samsung Smart TV with Emby App installed. Everytime I start a movie, I can see the notification on the Emby Dashboard and within seconds I get the attached screenshot.

Please advise on how to troubleshoot.

One remote device won't play any videos, it says "playback error no compatible streams are currently available".  It's only this one device, and this same account (through Emby Connect) can use other devices without issue.  It's any video of any kind, and it worked until recently.  It shows up for a split second in the dashboard and then disappears.

The device is a Samsung Smart TV (UN55KU6300) running client Emby for Samsung 1.9.2.  There is no ffmpeg log (it historically used direct play).  There did not appear to be any debugging options in the client app.  They uninstalled/reinstalled the app and signed out/in.

The server is on Linux (Ubuntu Server 22.04.5 LTS), running Emby Server 4.8.10.0.  I have reinstalled Emby, patched the server, and rebooted in an attempt to resolve this.

Pleas find attached the logs.

Hi, do you have music on your server, to see if that plays?

Hi,

Same issue on Music as well.

And it's still only an issue on a remote connection, no other context?

Yes. Only on remote and only on that specific device.

OK I've posted 1.9.3. Please let me know if that makes a difference.

Can you please share the link?

It's still the same. I can see the media shows up on dashboard and goes off instantly with the same message on the screen.

What version number does it say in the app settings?

It's 1.9.3

OK I've posted 1.9.4. Please let us know if this resolves it for you. Thanks.
