audio and video get out of sync repeatedly

I have a QNAP TS453D NAS and the audio repeatedly gets out of sync with the video; i.e., lips not synced with speaking. Going to main menu and then resuming gets them back in sync but they get out of sync again after about 15 mins.  I'm using emby from an amazon 4k firestick max latest version. The devices are wired ethernet. I'm sure it's some setting I have wrong. Running Emby version 4.8.10.0
