Duplicate Featured Media on Main Screen

Hello everyone,

is there a way as an admin to specify the content displayed on the start page/home screen for all users?

In particular, there would be a featured area on the screen, preferably automated or semi-automated, where certain series or films are highlighted.
Maybe with a few basic settings for the admin.

Many streaming services have something like this.
