Uninstall issues with QNAP

I had a power outage that dropped my QNAP NAS, followed by a 2 day RAID sync. Now Emby launches but shows no media.

I had no issue removing and rebuilding, however when I removed the app and reinstalled it all my profile settings were still there and the problems persist 

Any ideas why I'm not getting a clean reinstall?

I also attached one of the errors, Emby can't see my libraries. In the settings there are no locations and I will not allow me to add more, yet the error logs are still looking for my libraries

I would just like to get it all removed and start again ideally!

Update... It appears that the old IT standard reboot fixed the issues rebuilding now
