Bigmack3000 107 Posted December 3, 2024 Posted December 3, 2024 Quick question. How should I name 3D extras for films? For example, if the film is Anselm (2023) - 3D.MVC, would the extra be: Director Interview - 3D.MVC Thanks.

Bigmack3000 107 Posted December 10, 2024 Author Posted December 10, 2024 Just bumping this to see if there's a proper way to name it.
Luke 42079 Posted December 11, 2024 Posted December 11, 2024 Inside the extras folder you have more flexibility, so you can name it just about anything you want, and then make sure it is following 3d naming guidelines.

So as long as it's in the extras folder, "director interview - 3D.mvc" will work fine? For films, is the extras folder treated differently than the interviews, specials, behind the scenes, etc folders?

Inside the extras folder there is no concern over the server detecting it as an extra, so that's why I said there was more flexibility. But if you need to differentiate between extra types, then yes it's back to the required naming conventions. I would try starting with the naming for extras and then add the 3d requirements at the end.
