Top banners missing.

Can anyone possible tell me what would cause the top banners to not show on every menu inside regular emby app? I've gone over all settings and can't see why. Here is a pic of what I am talking about.

Did you know that Windows 10 requires a $1 app to view your image .heic file.  It would be nice if you uploaded .jpg instead.

This is on a Fire Tv 4k stick and it's not just the logo image the clock doesn't show up r any of the top banner stuff.

Hi.  What version of the app do you have installed?

it's the most recent regular Emby 3.4.16 I know .20 is available but its not on the amazon store.
