clessy 12 Posted November 30, 2024 Posted November 30, 2024 Hello, I'm trying to set up live TV using Emby 4.8.10.0. To do this, I've configured an M3U list in Settings => Live TV, which is located on the Synology in a subfolder of my SHARE folder. After starting "Live TV" via the main menu, all available channels are displayed. When I start a stream, I get the following error message: "Playback error. An error occurred while processing the request. Please try again later." What am I doing wrong? I am running a DS1821+ with DSM 7.2.2 Thanks + regards

I started Live TV both directly on the server and in the Android TV app. Then I wanted to start the stream for the channel "Das Erste HD". After about 10 seconds, the following error messages appeared. Error message on Android TV: Unable to tune to channel at this time Error message on Microsoft Edge: Playback error: An error occurred while processing the request. Please try again later Unfortunately, I was unable to generate a log on Android TV. I activated the debug settings and reproduced the error. I was unable to find the tile described for sending the log. Here are the times of the tests and the apps used: 11:06 on Android TV 2.1.21g server Version 4.8.10.0 11:18 on Android TV 2.1.21g server Version 4.8.10.0 11:10 on Server directly 4.8.10.0 Microsoft Edge 131.0.2903.70 (x64) I had already tested with several other channels beforehand. Unfortunately, the result was the same. To test outside of Emby, I used VLC. Playback worked. I am attaching the server log and screenshots. I hope this information is sufficient for troubleshooting.
