Sub-title in mixed content view

Hi,

Is there a way to display a 'sub title' the way you can show an artist under a title in Music Video libraries?

To elaborate, title/artist shows up like this in Music Video libraries if an Artist name is present:

What I'm looking to do is have this layered title / artist work in a Mixed Content library. I have a library that has movie clips and I'd love to be able to have the movie name on the bottom, and the scene description on the top. 

I can better display my desire with this example:

In this view, I can't see the name of the clip I have here because the movie name is so long.
If I could put the movie title underneath, similar to how artist names go underneath, it would be more easily readable.

Kind of a very specific request, but hoping an Emby pro might be able to chime in with some idea on how I could do something similar in Mixed content.

Hi, there is currently no database field for a sub-title, so not at the moment.
