No fast forward or rewind live tv on Emby for LG 1.0.44

I'm running into this today with a football game. Skipping forward or back doesn't work and the buttons don't appear on the info display at the bottom of the screen.

I wasn't recording so I thought maybe if I started recording it would work, but that didn't help (incidentally I don't see it listed in Recordings but it says it's recording).

Yesterday watching football it did work. I have no idea what's different other than being on a different channel.

I haven't used live TV in several years so I have no idea if this is a longstanding problem or not.

Server log attached. The game started at 9, and to reiterate, initially I was just watching as non-recorded live TV. Around 9:20 I decided to try recording it to see if that solved the problem. I do see a couple errors in the log. Hopefully that helps. Thank you!
