Duplicate Playlist Enhancement: Flag broken entries

Hello, 

I would like to see broken entries (file path has changed) flagged and user enabled to fix or delete the entry

The behavior I've seen on my ASUSTOR AS-604T is twofold:

1) for playlists stored in ../emby/data/playlists the entry is simply ignored / not displayed (it might come back if the file is restored to the correct path)

2) for playlists stored in ../emby/data/userplaylists the broken entry was removed, I'd prefer this to never happen

If I'm understanding the request, I asked for something similar a few years ago:

I like how my previous streaming server—Subsonic—handled this in that it would flag missing entries as simply "MISSING."  In that way, it's easy to identify them and add the correct entries back.

Yes, iTunes does that as well. That's exactly what I'm asking for. I tried searching for this but sounds like a dup apologies
