zhanghu2000 0 Posted November 28, 2024 Posted November 28, 2024 When managing movie folders, the folder name is the same as the movie name. There is only one movie file in the folder. However, this folder cannot be recognized as a movie, but is still a folder. You need to continue clicking again. After entering, it will be displayed separately. A movie can be played by clicking it again. How can it be directly displayed as a movie when there is only one movie in the folder and can be directly clicked to play?

pwhodges 2012 Posted November 28, 2024 Posted November 28, 2024 That sounds as if you are using the "Folders" tab at the top of the library display instead of the "Movies" tab. The default tab can be selected in the Home Page part of the App settings. If your library is not of Movies type, but Mixed type, you may have set Folders as default to see both movies and series in the same display, but then the issue will appear in this case too. Paul

Can you please show us a screenshot of what you mean?
Luke 42078 Posted December 11, 2024 Posted December 11, 2024 I think the answer is that we need to add an option to our apps, that when you click into a folder, if that folder only contains one item then it will automatically drill into it. 1

I could open it directly before. But recently, I rebuilt a Docker container. I used the same directory structure, yet the issue the original poster mentioned occurred. That's why I found this post, but I haven't been able to solve the problem.

I think the answer is that we need to add an option to our apps, that when you click into a folder, if that folder only contains one item then it will automatically drill into it.
