Fix ID3v2.4 support on Emby for Docker and Synology

Currently ID3v2.4 is properly supported only on the Windows version of Emby server.

Please add the modified version of ffprobe from the Windows release to the Docker and Synology (and perhaps Linux?) releases to properly support ID3v2.4 on those platforms as well.
