Trakt plugin won't connect to Trakt website

I can't seem to get Trakt to connect.

It doesn't show up under connected apps on the Trakt website

 

I went to request a pin, allowed Trakt to use my account then entered the pin into emby

 

The logs don't seem to show it trying to connect to the Trakt server

 

I tried it with the open source version of Emby and it connected just fine but there are user interface things i don't like with the open source version.

Does the Trakt plugin on Emby require an Emby Premiere subscription?

 

Any ideas?

HI, the config screen doesn't contact Trakt. It is later when there are operations such as running the scheduled task or marking something watched.

Hi. Thanks, I should have run a scheduled task first.
I tried one just now and got an error

Do I need to add the Trackt API somewhere in emby?

I tried it again under my Admin account and it failed again

 

I created a new user in emby and used that account to authorize the Trakt plugin and that account connects just fine.

Since that account worked I went  back to the Admin account and authorized a new pin again and now the admin account is synching too

Weird

 

The only difference is I used Firefox when authorizing the second account but it was using my same Trakt credentials I used on the admin account
