Downloading to iPad issues

Since the latest iOS update my downloads are erratic, it’s copying the folders but not the episodes, or does copy some episodes but not all. I’ve deleted everything off the iPad, all outstanding downloads but still getting the issues, any ideas?

Sorry, difficult to do now, I decided to reset everything, delete all downloads etc, gone back to a fresh system and it is now working ok, if it comes up again I will share it.
