Suddenly not reading libraries

I had to restart my shield. Then I opened  the emby server. The three libraries I've always had are there-- but they say "no items!" (There are 2500 movies in the movies libabray.)

 

Advice!?

Hi, do you have any filters activated that might be reducing what is displayed? Can you please show a screenshot example? Thanks.

i don't have any filters.

i've started re-doing the library

Couldn't figure out what happened, so I just redid the library. It read all  but about 200 (out of 2500 nfo files so it didn't take long! (Thank gos for nfo files!!)

 

QUESTION: I have the back up plug in. Can I manually force a back up? I don't see a button or anything.
