Identify not working

Hello, i am the victim of this same issue now since the latest update of the emby server. the videos don't populate and then pop up and they don't have any information other than the name. I go to the identify and it sits there with the buffer circle forever and never pulls any info in of the video. I then gather info manually and when i add another video it deletes the information for the previous video i did manually so then it is back to the issue once again. something isn't right with the latest update because this issue never happened previous new update. i am on truenas core and the latest update for the server is 4.8.10.0, 

i am also on the latest truenas core update that was updated the other day, which is 13.0-U6.3

If someone knows how to fix this asap please let me know thanks

no i was a plugin doing it it took a while to figure it out but i finally did and deleted the plugin which was iconic image enhancer..
