Emby Theater crashes on playback (no compatible streams)

Emby Server 4.9.0.32 beta

The Windows app immediately crashes on playback (was able to capture the message before the app exited)

If I access Emby through Chrome, the same content plays without issue. 

Server codec settings are set to default (unchanged).

I attached the playback log.
