seanbuff 1315 Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 Hi @Tonto5oo, those screenshots from the Statistics plugin aren't even close to the 10,000 you say should be there. When you click on your 'Movies' library, without a filter, how does the count at the top of that page compare? Also, for completeness, have you ensured that your movie files/folders are following the supported conventions? Movie Naming Has your initial library scan completed successfully?
Tonto5oo 0 Posted November 25, 2024 Author Posted November 25, 2024 (edited) the movies add up to 1,538 the tv episodes add up to 8,402 if you add them both up you get 9,940 total movies and tv episodes on enby and in my file manager says i have over 10,245 yes libary scan is complete yes they follow the naming rules. i apologies i meant movies and episodes. total 10,000 Edited November 25, 2024 by Tonto5oo add info

Ah I see now, because your original most said you had 10,000 movies. Wasn't clear you were including TV episodes also. Did you review the link I shared above? How are your media files organized? Can you show us an example of your file structure?
Tonto5oo 0 Posted November 25, 2024 Author Posted November 25, 2024 the first two pic are of my file Mangement explorer the other are emby library paths.
seanbuff 1315 Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 I see potential issues with the way your collections are structured in the first screenshot, if you are adding 'Movies' as the top-level folder, I imagine Emby could struggle to parse the individual files/folders underneath. I haven't tested though, so could be wrong. The second screenshot will have better results, but as per the article I linked, at a minimum you should at least include the year in brackets (2024) for every title to be identified accurately. So again, to ensure accurate identification of all of your movies, you should try to structure as close as possible to: Movie Naming
Tonto5oo 0 Posted November 25, 2024 Author Posted November 25, 2024 ok i can start to do that but i think goldeneye is setup like that but not in my movies on emby.

Goldeneye (1995) should work no problem. As a test, can you move that movie outside of that folder, then re-add it to allow Emby to scan it again? Another helpful tool would be to write NFO files to your media folders, this way you can see whether Emby has identified it correctly or not by checking the contents of the NFO file
