Dashboard cycles between currently playing and previously played media

Currently watching Gladiator, but the dashboard keeps cycling between this movie and a previously played media. 

The subtitles for the current movie also don't work for some reason; perhaps because the previous media needed transcoding and it's stuck?

I have seen this dashboard issue before and not infrequently.

I've attached a .gif showing the dashboard issue, and the current embyserver.txt file.  Note that the currently playing media doesn't require transcoding, there are no transcoding logs for this.

Also unsure if related, but I've been having other issues with my server where the posters don't show up and mobile devices cannot utilize transcoding.  I'm not sure if these things are all related or not.

I run emby in a proxmox LXC and it is up to date.

There are several topics for this and currently your only option is to restart Emby to remove the abandoned old sessions.

this i happening for me as well,  but for 2 streams im playing at once on my pc.  they should be showing both by themselves.
